The space
Entering the property, you’ll find a spacious front room, a cloakroom, and a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen leads out to a tiled garden with an outdoor dining table and BBQ.
The garden provides direct access to the shared pool, open from June to September between 12:00 and 20:00.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms — one with an ensuite bathroom — and an additional family bathroom.
The rooftop terrace features a jacuzzi , sun loungers, and a dining table, all with sea, pool, and mountain views. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset.

Parking is provided nearby but not immediately in front of the townhouse
Other things to note
No Hen / Stag parties or group bookings of young people are accepted in this accomodation.
The swimming pool pool is open from MID June to September
Please note that this is a residential and family area, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. There are strict quiet hours in place including no loud music after 11pm or before 9AM This must be adhered to.
The jacuzzi is available for your use — we just ask that you follow the house guidelines provided and avoid glass in this area for safety.
The Jacuzzi is NOT managed by Perfect Place Estepona, but a seperate company who is on call to assist you in working hours.
Check-in and check-out times should be respected unless otherwise agreed in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability.
