The space
This brand-new apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and another stylishly designed bathroom. It includes a kitchen and a luxurious living room that opens up to a terrace. Master bedroom and front room equipped with TVs for your convenience.

The terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a dining area outdoors, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.

On-site, you’ll find a swimming pool & Gymn to enjoy during your stay. Please ask us for more info about the disablility access to the apartment and the swimming pool.

The local large supermarket, Aldi, is just a 2-minute walk away, while Mercadona is a short 5-minute walk. You can also easily cross the road to reach the beach.

Estepona town is only a 5-minute drive away, offering plenty of local attractions.
