Perfect Place is a family-run business, consisting of husband and wife team, Neil and Tracey Blackwell.

Owner
With a background in Marketing and Events, Tracey has worked in real estate since arriving in Spain in 2008.
She is an expert in Estepona and leads the business in sales and rentals.
Neil Blackwell
Owner
Neil leads Perfect Place on property maintenance.
He has 14 years experience of building in Spain and 15 years experience building in the UK. As the owner of Marbella Carpentry/Construction he has a wealth of knowledge and trade contacts on the coast.
