The terrace is southeast facing, so there is sun all morning until 3pm.

The master bedroom has a 150cm bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has an option of putting the beds together to make a 180 x 190cm double or two singles of 90cm each.

Guest access

The outdoor pool is in the same building as the apartment and garage.

The common areas, indoor pool and gym are located in another building 5 minutes walk away across the roundabout.

The outdoor pool hours are from 10.30am to 7.30pm, it is community rules that the sun loungers must be stacked in their place after being used by each guest.

You have the 2 bedroom apartment at your disposal, it is absolutely stunning with amazing views.

Legal Guest Registration:

Before the reservation you will receive an email message about the Spanish guest registration regulations from SES admin, please could you fill this in before your arrival.

Currently there are works in the area in buildings which do not belong to our community and there could be noise from time to time. The views are unobstructed and still amazing.

There is one plant in the living room. If your stay is longer than a week, we would appreciate it if you could water it once a week. We will water it on the day of your arrival, but it is advisable to add a little water a week to keep it alive. Thank you for your cooperation!

We have a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime and other platforms with each guest’s own subscription.

There is an umbrella on the terrace and it is very important to close it when there is wind and every time you leave the house.

Breakage: The guest is liable for any damage to the umbrella due to wind or any other reason in the guest’s responsibility. The terrace umbrella is new from September 2024, its price is €100 in case of breakage by the guest.

Please use the provided wooden utensils suitable for non-stick pans to cook in the pan and avoid scratching the pans. Thank you.
