We have lived in Estepona for nearly two decades, we know it so well and we love it. What is not to love, it is beautiful, safe, has great shops, bars and restaurants, and so much to do it is ridiculous. We came here for a slower life, but we have ended up doing more than ever. Pretty much any kind of sport you can imagine is on your doorstep, amazing hikes and walks, beautiful nature, not to mention the fantastic beaches with a walkway that stretches for miles.
Many clients have never visited Estepona before, therefore we can do our favourite thing and rave about it.
Us
We are women who have moved from the UK, to a place where we knew no one, and had no work to come to. We have given birth to and raised a family in Spain, experienced state and private schooling. We have also successfully started two companies, both of which are growing year on year.
We know the ups and downs, and we can help you to integrate into the community and keep you safe from people prying on newbies. Top tip if you do not choose us as your estate agent – always check how long people have been in Spain, lots of people come and go, go for someone who has made a home in Spain and cares deeply about their reputations.
We will introduce you to groups of people who share your interests. Whether it’s cold water swimming, hiking, cycling or just hanging out down the bar, then we can link you up with like minded people. The community is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We know people from so many different countries, who all have their own networks. If you want new friends, you will have them quickly, never underestimate the power of new networks for helping you settle.
One place
Along the Costa del Sol, there are 100´s of agencies, but we pretty much hold exactly the same properties. We are a one stop shop, you don’t have to go to numerous agents, getting the same properties off each and dealing with different personalities. If you see a property you like on idealists for example, send it to us, and we’ll deal with that agent.
We can also link you up with trusted lawyers, currency exchanges, architects etc. We are a one stop shop should you choose us to be, and if you have your own people, we will work seamlessly with them of course.
Our network
As I have already said, majority of estate agents work from one or two databases where all the properties available are listed. We have access to that, plus after been here so long we have a huge local network. We regularly know when properties are going to become available through the grapevine so we can let you know before other people have a chance to view. It is a busy time on the Costa del Sol and specifically Estepona, so the quicker you move, the quicker your chance of finding your perfect place.
We like to keep our network busy
We love to be busy but we love to keep other people busy too, from tradesman to our favourite restaurateurs. We have lived in the Estepona area for nearly 17 years now, and we have taken time to build up a circle of people around us who are likeminded and trusted.
It has not always been easy to find good people, it comes with time and experience. But we are very happy to say we have achieved it, and we find new people to add to the circle with every passing year.
We love to make sales
Cards on the table, we are estate agents who want to make sales. But whilst we love making money, we also love finding your ideal home, and you telling us for years afterwards how much you love your new life.
